Life begins with the singular light shining from the Mother. Rebirth and death, an endless cycle, coursing around all that is living and all that is dead… the world and its creation. One being, reborn again, emerged from the immense darkness that surrounded what was an empty void… a Celestial plane, just waiting to be born into something great. the Mother of life and death, creation and rebirth, Mayonaka released a mighty howl, bringing all things feminine.

Kuragari, the Father of time and creator of all masculine items amongst the realm, joined in the mighty chorus, causing light to shine and life to spring up through the seemingly endless darkness. Together, Mayonaka and Kuragari began and brought life to the plane of the Mystified Realm.

Silent cascades of stars rained from above as sound brought light and love to the world. The realm, only capable of being found by those truly in need of a change and those who are searching for a life, a purpose, a meaning to their existence, can traverse onto the lands created by the Father and the Mother.

Slowly, as the chorus between the two lovers came to an end, the lands settled and the great Aures Un came forth, mighty golden dragon of the Ancestral Realm. With him came life, joining the Mother and the Father in their creative beginning for this realm of the unknown. Silently, lush, green fields graced the lands, large growing trees began through new life, and vast oceans and beautiful waterfalls gracefully sprang to life. Mountains burst from the surface of the rich earth and marshlands grew warm and lush with the simple creations of The Three. Time began, life traversed, animals scurried and created homes… the beginning of the Mystified Realm.

Mayonaka and Kuragari, the Mother and the Father, embraced at the creation of these beautiful lands, and thus wolves were born. A daughter born to the two, Zadia, creator of chaos and leader of the 12 Zodiac, came forth and brought the makings of conflict and chaos to the lands of the Mystified Realm.

The Mother and the Father looked to each other and inherently knew this was needed, but not without help. With a simple breath of life into a cloud from the star streaked sky above by Mayonaka, a golden wolf descended to the earth. Wings of the purest gold, halos around her paws and the most perfect of all halos above her head, golden markings gracing and traversing across her pelt, the Angel was sent from above.

Kuragari, nodding to Mayonaka and taking her lead, brushed the ground with a mighty swipe of his paw, the Father sculpted a wolven form, creating life from the very essence and mana of the earth they had created. A majestic beauty, with wings of the deities themselves, a creation from the very cosmic dust that began the lands of the Mystified Realm… the Celestial had been born.

These two creations from the very fibers of the lands of the Mystified Realm were given the task to guide the wolves of the lands that may fall into the chaos that the Princess Zadia had created. They were the messengers and the peacemakers of the lands and would live as long as the world and the lands needed them… each with their own special abilities and properties, as well as their own special duties. With them, came order and hope to the lands of chaos.

Other Ancestors then gathered around the Mother and the Father, each bringing their own element to the lands and contributing their own gifts to the creatures inhabiting the vast dreamscape created by the hands of the firsts.

This was the beginning of the Mystified Realm.

Generations passed, cycles were born, wolves traversed, lived, loved and died, only to be reborn again through the trees, a second life or even to move on to the Spirit Realm to live amongst the stars and be remembered and graced with the ever-loving presence of the great Ancestors themselves.

Eons passed and the land grew lush and vast, evolving and changing over time. Stories grew, passed down from generation to generation, until they were finally lost and were unable to be translated by none except those who hold the closest touches to the Ancestors and who have been graced with many lives and many years upon the lands. Those reborn to live again, generation after generation, hold the memories deep within their minds from their previous lives, graced with the chance to explore them if only the Ancestors believe one to be worthy to remember. The tools, the Angel and the Celestial, hold all memories and all generations and know all that has been and even all that will be. They are the safe-guards and the keepers of the history of the Mystified Realm… and what would be known in the future as Aelyn.

The lands have had many names over the generations they have been around… all created by the very wolves that the Mother and the Father gave birth to. All are descendants of the creators. Mystified Realm, Dreamscapes, Evanescent Beginnings, Lurid Destinies, Aelyn… all one in the same… all names given to the lands presently known as Aelyn.

Wolves born in the lands were one thing… and wolves traversing to the lands were another. A desire was born… drawing those wolves to their deepest longings and greatest wants. Desire enveloped those who were looking for something beyond the meager life they led, leading them to chase after the longing and desire they held dearest.

This desire, a drawing force, came in the form of whatever a creature was seeking, bringing diversity to the lands of Aelyn and creating a life amongst the worlds beyond what was ever imagined. The desire would draw creatures forward, quicker, faster… making the desire grow in strength until they came to a veil that drew them in and made the world around them go dark.

When the desiring creature, be it man, beast, wolf, cat or whatever it may be finally woke, the veil between worlds would be changed and the creature would find themselves in a land vastly different from any other, holding the most beautiful of the beautiful and the purest of the pure… the darkest of the dark and the evilest of the evil. This was the Desire and the Veil, partners and once in the same, bringing the diverse creatures to the lands.

This, is the history and the beginnings of Aelyn.
